Arguably one of the finest local concert venues in its day, Melody Fair in North Tonawanda had the distinction of being true "theater in the round", where the artist performing was on a rotating, circular stage. . .every seat in the house was a great seat - up close and personal. From Tom Jones to Liberace, Willie Nelson to Hall and Oates, Melody Fair played host to all the big touring acts in its time. . . .(now, like everything else in it's place, it's a Walmart - wah-waaaaaaaaahhh. . .)
